What we collect: When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and message. This data is stored only to respond to your enquiry.
Portal accounts: If you create a student or teacher account we also store your name, email, mobile number, hashed password, profile details and the documents you upload (such as CNIC/B-Form, photograph, qualification certificates and payment receipts). Teachers may also upload a CV and teaching details. This information is used to run your enrolment, classes, assessments and fee records.
Retention: Enquiry messages are kept for up to 24 months. Academic and fee records are kept while your account is active and for as long as required for certification and legal record-keeping. You may ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time, except records we are legally required to retain.
How we use it: We use your information solely to contact you about your enquiry. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties.
Data security: Submitted messages are stored access-controlled and transmitted over HTTPS. Admin access to messages is protected by authentication.
Your rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing umair799283@gmail.com.
Cookies: Our website does not use tracking cookies. Anonymous analytics may be used in aggregate to improve the site.

Enrolment: A seat is confirmed once your enrolment request is approved and the course fee (or the first agreed instalment) has been received. Requests are reviewed within one business day.
Fees: Course fees are listed on the courses page and may change for future batches. Your confirmed fee is locked for the batch you enrol in. Instalment plans are available on request and must be agreed in writing before classes begin.
Refunds: Cancel before your first class for a full refund. Cancel within the first 7 days (and before attending more than two classes) for a 50% refund. After that, fees are non-refundable, but we will offer a credit toward another batch where possible. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Attendance & certificate: Certificates are issued to students who complete the course with at least 70% attendance and clear the required assessments. Missed classes can be made up in a later batch subject to seat availability.
Conduct: Students must respect instructors and classmates. We may suspend or remove any student for harassment, sharing course material commercially, or attempting to disrupt academy systems.
